Build custom Refugium Sump for new tank

I need a bigger, stronger, and more water Refugium Sump for my new tank Marineland Deep Dimension (200gal). I searched on web for the idea and then I crossed this site. I really love it

I am going to buy this nice acrylic tank (120gal) and convert it to custom Refugium Sump. Allan (Atlanta Reef) & I are going to build it at his store.

Acrylic tank: 48" x 24" x 24" (it is built with 1/2")
Outside dimensions: 48" x 24" x 24"
Inside dimensions: 47" x 23" x 23"
3/8" baffles to divide the sump into different chambers

Fresh water section for Top off: 4.625" x 23" x 23" (11 gal)

Input/Skimmer: 15" x 23" x 18" (27 gal)
Refugium: 27" x 15" x 21" (33 gal)
Return zone: 22.25" x 8.5" x 17.5" (14 gal)
Bubble trap: 4" x 8" x 18" (2 gal)

Additional space holds up to 20 gallons
