Building Light Hanging Arms

That is really really cool JB! I'd love to do a floating canopy with a system like that for the new tank I'm getting ready to set up. But for this one, part of the draw of hanging is that I can make it less obtrusive in this space:

It's right under this "window" and I can't really afford the space of a canopy.

Ive always used 3/4" Unistrut. Can be found at any electrical supply house. They make all kinds of angles, tees, brackets, straps, etc. that bolt right on to it. The nuts slide right into the channel and can be moved easily.
