Just curious if anyone has butterflys mainly pakistani or copperband, and how long they either picked at corals, which corals they nipped and if they ever stopped once acclimated? Some say they pick at stoney corals while other sites say soft polyps so to me that sounds like they may nip at all corals? Just curious on others experiences.

My Auriga bites at the live rock all day eating fan worms and corillamorpha. I know for sure it would be a know go. The heniocus only eats what I add to the tank and an occosional bite of film algea. To scared to put it in my reef though. Live aquaria states heniocus as reef safe.

I have a large Heniochus that doesn't bother my zoas or zenia, but whenever I turn over a rock with an aiptasia bid on it, it does eat them, but won't touch the larger ones. The copperbands I had never ate any aiptasia.
