Does anyone have any idea why my button polyps are propagating, but there coloration has changed so substantially? I have tried placing them at different heights in my 36-gallon, but the change in lighting does not appear to be affecting them. I am including then-and-now pictures for reference. The water params generally stay roughly the same: pH 8.3, Ca: 480-550, Alk: 9-10dKh, Salinity: 1.026.

Any thoughts?

It's common for them to morph due to lighting changes.

Personally, I think the morphed colors look much better!
