skriz Well-Known Member Messages 4,192 Reaction score 142 Jul 26, 2010 #7 Either tighten or slightly loosen the bulb and see if that helps. It may also be a ballast issue. I had one ballast that used to make my SE bulb buzz..drove me insane. I took a hammer to it and alleviated the issue
