Does anyone know if calcium reactor media gets depleted, meaning I tested the drip out of the reactor and it tested 400 before it use to test in the 500 hundreds. Also does anyone dose calcium and use a reactor and you guys know of any pet shop that carry the bulkreefsupply calcium chloride.

I believe you can only get BRS products through BRS. I've dosed calcium while using a CA reactor. I did it in order to help the reactor get to the CA level I was looking for. Once I got there, I stopped the CA dosing.

Yes, CA reactor media depletes and has to be replaced eventually. It really depends on the size of your reactor...this should take a fairly long time to do.

actually they do a wholesale program so that stores can sell their products too but most stores dont carry their products because the wholesale price isnt a whole lot less than retail and they have to pay for shipping so its not the most profitable endever.

Yep, it'll eventually need replacing. I've found the ARM media (fine) to be the best media hands down. But, it may/may not work in your reactor, depending on the type and pump.
