okay here is the deal the reactor is almost finished but i have come to relize that it is HUGE the dimensions are

18x24x6 which ends up being a little more than 11 gallons. now will that be to much for the tank (75 gallons)

and where do i get a plug to put in the top to seal the top

here are some pics i have not taken any updated pics yet but i am stuck because like said i need a top to seal it thats water proof so the water won't come out when i start running the reactor

I'm not an expert on CA reactors, but my understanding is that they cannot be too big. You can always adjust the flow and CO2 rate to match the CA demand of the tank. Someone speak up if I'm wrong. :)

but what do i do about a top?? thats the only thing thats left keeping the reactor from being finished
