Drain it? would the die off be that much? I was figuring on just doing a crap load of water changes. Its a 29gl by the way.

I would think so..I would just start over with clean rodi water just like starting new...If you dont have enough swing by after school one day and I will give you about half of a bucket of IO if you need it to get going again..

Bummer.. so sorry to hear. I came back from vacation to find an empty fish tank..no water at all. Stuff like this happens..(mine cracked in the bottom glass and emptied out)...let me know when you are ready and I can hook you up with some more candy cane and some zoas.
