All it says on it is 75psi High pressure. I completely forgot I had this unit. I got it when I bought a 20 gallon long set-up from a guy in Alabama. I am trying to decide if it will be better to replace all the filters in this unit or just buy another unit.

EDIT: I believe it's an older model of this one: Water Cop 5 Stage RO 50 GPD

Charlie, being the only thing I see on it is about the pressure, (75psi) will these items work?

Here are the three filters:

The DI unit:

The RO membrane:

I have NO idea how to open the DI filter housing, or if it's even capable of being opened.

No idea. The guy said he's never replaced them, the unit has had water sitting in it for about 4 months (since I had it) no telling how old these filters are. I have them out, i'll just replace them. I never did hook it up Charlie, so I have no idea what the TDS is/was.

The membrane says model number: TW30-1812-75

I'm assuming it's a 75gpd unit.

Alright. Hypothetically speaking, would those filters I posted work?

dawgdude;432962 wrote: Yes, except the DI you posted is a whole canister and not the filter cartridge. However since you dont seem to like the DI thats on there you could just replace it. And if its a 75gpd membrane you wont need the flow restrictor.
It doesn't bother me I just can't seem to figure out how to open it to replace the filter inside the housing.

If you are running a SPS tank I strongly recommend you to get rid of that unit.
This unit is only for drink water
(Taken from member on RC) WTF? I thought a RO/DI unit is a ro/di unit regardless. As long as it's putting out zero TDS it should be fine for a reef tank no?

Thanks Charlie. I am going to Rostato's tonight to see if we can't figure out how to open this DI up.
