Can anyone id this disease?

Both my clownfish seem to be infected by this as they both have wounds on their first stripe near their head. Best pics i could get. Clownfish dont like to stay still. Basically it looks like a wound to me

If it's reddish and looks more or less like a hickey on your fish, google internal bacterial infections on fish.

looks like they might have gotten some "stings" playing in corals
