Can I glue a threaded bulkhead?

Ok so bad news.

Still leaks and the clown gobie died in the process. Was trying to give it to her dad (not good for acro frags) but that kept getting pushed back. Think he got sucked into the pump? I suck . My wife cried, she loved him... I'm bummed

So yeah... I'll have to drain it and do it the right way tomorrow.

Think my frags are better off going in my DT on a rack? Different Params as I'm slower switching water up there...Just have an MP10 going in the tank with no turnover

No, not on the nut. I thought the leak was with the fitting screwed into the threaded bulkhead.

The bulkhead itself should not leak or loosen if it's installed correctly and isn't cracked.

You guys think my frags are ok in there until this afternoon? Not trying to freak out and shock them with a move to new water... I have a difference in alk/kh of about 2 between the two tanks.

Acclimate them as you would for frags coming in from an outside source and you should be fine.

Should I even bother with it though? I have flow in the tank and got the light on to bring temp up a bit and then light off when temp hits 80. I'll have this fixed by 2-3pm
Should be ok in there right?

I see that ,,, :p

And I can definitely answer it. I just don't always choose the correct answer though hah

Not sure if anyone has told you guys this but I would strongly suggest NOT gluing your bulkheads.....

Lost half my RR yellow mamba frag somehow. Tissue gone.
Everything else good, and up and running
