I took out 85% or so of the coarse crushed coral I had as a substrate. I replaced it with dry reef sand and would like to seed it with a bit of sand from an established tank. I would also like some cheato seeded with some pods too if possible. I am doing the best I can to get everything right on the first try. (I know, its a heck of a dream). Someone close to Roswell/ Sandy Springs etc. would be nice, but I will make a little drive if necessary. I would love to have something to trade in return but my tank is pretty empty. Thanks for bearing with me and my plethora of threads over the past week or so!

Just curious. Why did you change your substrate? I just did the opposite a few weeks back. My diamond goby was getting sand on all of my corals on the sand bed. I went with crushed coral and it helped keep the substrate in place.

I am in Dallas and you are welcome to have some sand but I honestly don't think you need it if you have liverock and/or some of the old sand in there now.

I have pods, and pods, and then some more pods and rotis to help seed.

That would have been perfect. I am leaving via plane tomorrow until sunday night. We decided not to drive to airport though. Parking will be nuts anyway. I am going to put this on hold until next week. Time is running short on me. I will send PMs Monday when I return. Thanks everyone!
