I got a Sea Hare from Tim at the meeting recently, and already have him eating seaweed. Last night I watched him for about an hour and he walked along all sides of the tank, and at every corner was reaching up (including corners at the overflow). I've seen him on the rocks, but never on the glass like snails.

Also, he burries himself from time to time, once as long as 4 hours, but usually no more than an hour. Is that normal?

I never saw mine go subterranean but it does climb up the glass occasionally.

Glad someone asked, I got one from Tim over the holiday weekend. He has been busy on the rocks and sand, but I've not seen him on the glass, and that is where I need him the most. I really don't have much green algae in the tank.....I have that brown fuzzy stuff. Not sure exactly what it is.....I've had various people tell me it was various things.....would LOVE to get rid of it!
