can some one tell me what this is

and should i get it out of my tank. the pics are not very good but it is the best i could do. I have white dots in my fuge. They are are on the glass and dont seem to be moving, this is also after my first 2 fish died a week after i got them ( 2 clowns)

quite possibly could be snail larve....or eggs, or what ever you call it.
