Can Weldon 16 be used to glue/seal pvc?

Here is the finished product. I needed a way to organize all the overflows going into my sump. I used 3" pvc with a 3" t and endcaps. I drilled 2.25" holes and glued 2" x 1.5" slip reducers using purple primer and pvc cement. I also just added a 7" filter sock to collect debris and reduce micro-bubbles.

Attached are the before and after pictures.

Thanks Bob. Of course the idea for this came from Bob and the new Fish Breeding book he has. What's the name of that book and who is the author?
