Soooo, I traded a LED fixture for an APEX and for the life of me I can't get this thing to connect. This is going on 4 hours now that I have been trying to get it to connect. The only way i can view anything is the

Oh and to top it all of when i the LCD screen for the APEX has about 8 lines of pixels missing dead center of the screen. Was like that when I got it but I didn't care since I THOUGHT i'd be using my tablet to control everything.
Edit: How do i disable DHCP
Edit: also when setting up the apex which is hooked to the 2nd router do i use the ip on router A ( upstairs ) or router B ( down stairs near tank ) ?

I'll be the issue is with the router...
I didn't read all the posts so pardon if this is redundant:
make sure you set up the network while the apex is directly wired to the modem before trying to go wireless.
install the app... search... open in browser... that should be it.

The reason I went with a router over a switch is the router was the only thing I could find that would project Wi-Fi downstairs and it is close enough to my garage to be able to pick up the Wi-Fi signal there as well. Whats confusing me is if I look up whats my ip it gives me a 74 number but if I go in to router A ( The main router upstairs ) its a 74 number too but then I check router b and its a 192 number.
Edit: Also router A does not have a static IP address
