Change Out Bearings on Vortech mp10

Typical applications for ceramic bearings:

High temperature applications, friction, high speed, aircraft accessory, semiconductor and food processing, dental handpiece turbines. Many high speed electric motors requiring voltage isolation use cermic material bearings.
Imo I don't think is necessary to use ceramic, even having in mind someone here already gave them a try and end up little noiser in short time period. Same thing I just found out searching before with the people who install ceramic bearings . What ever you decide keep posting hehe, :b

Well things did not go so well Ended up cracking the housing trying to get the case open. Then put the bearing shaft in the freezer for 30min and tried to get the bearings off and chipped the magnet. If anyone wants to step up to the plate I have some bearings!

Replacing the bearings is very hard without a press to evenly remove/install them, like what I used in my DIY write up, hate to say. Sorry you had issues.

Well the company I ordered the bearing from said they would refund the money. Just put in an order for a dry side. If the other one fails I think I am going to call on my fellow reefers to get the job done without me being a complete klutz and destroying things:doh:
