Changing bulbs -- MH Actinic?

I know that I need to change my MH bulbs on a regular basis -- and in fact just changed my 3 150's to 14K Phoenix bulbs. My old ones were are year old.

Do I also need to change the Actinic bulbs as a matter of due diligence? Or are they okay for as long as they last? They are combo bulbs that have the 460nm and 420nm in one lamp.

As ares said, it's more about asthetics, so it really doesn't matter. I have long since stopped using actinics, but I never bothered changing them when I did- there's so little PAR that comes from them and my eyes couldn't tell any difference otherwise.
