Lol... I was at ATM last year when they were filming the pilot for this show.. I tried to get on it, but they went having it.:sad: I met bret and wade the owners (nice guys) whose company (acrylic tank manufacturers) was what the show was going to be centered around, and all the crazy custom builds they do. If you saw their warehouse like I did, it's gonna be a show to watch.

Am I the only one that thinks this show will be awful for a ton of reasons? 1) reality shows suck. They're about as "real" as those worms in tremors. 2) those guys are buffoons. Maybe they have a successful company and maybe make a good product. But from the trailer, they are hams. 3) this show will make aquarist look like idiots. It will be fodder for the "Snorkel Bobs" who are already looking to make aquarists look bad.

Well.... others may agree with you but I don't. Yes, most reality TV shows do suck but there are a few that I like such as Sons of Guns and Top Shot to name a few. I'm excited about the show, I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of work they can do. If it has anything to do with Saltwater Fish, Corals, Tanks and equipment..... I'm interested. Say what you will, but I'll bet you'll be tuning in like the rest of us.

The problem with reality tv is that they search out for drama or contrive it.

I agree here, The show looks like these guys making some cool tanks but from the previews they handle the fish baddly and seem to just be trying to make a buck. I hope not I guess we will have to see. I hope not for the fish.

I really enjoyed Brewmasters, but then they cancelled it. Probably wasn't enough drama for people.
