My "chiller guy" is a refrigeration/HVAC guy (they do all kinds of commercial kitchen stuff etc). He's also a customer.
He's repaired a few for us, including our own shop chillers. We don't add anything to his bill - he invoices us, we give you his invoice and that's what you pay.
He can repair leaks, recharge, whatever you need. He replaced a fan motor for us last year.
Most chillers use "standard" parts and such so it's usually not a big deal to get them fixed. Sometimes my guy is a bit busy so it can take a couple of weeks but he'll call you with an estimate before he does the work, so there are no surprises.
