chiller

I am wanting to put a chiller on my 14 gal bio cube but want to put the pump in the same location as the stock pump goes. So my question is what are some pumps that will fit in there? The chiller will be on the floor also so it will need to be able to have 3 feet head pressure. Thank you.

Maxijet 1200 works great. I have that running my chiller on my max right now.

So it will fit in the pump chamber fine.

It should. The maxijets are very small.

A maxijet 1200 will fit in the back of a 12g nano cube. So it should fit in the 14g

I think what he's trying to get to is if it will fit in there along with the stock return pump.

Only 1 pump in the pump area any Maxi jet would work to replace stock pump, But 2 pumps won't fit in the same area.

Is the plan to run the maxi jet to the chiller and use the return line from the chiller supply water back to the tank in the stock return location?

most do not.. but I think a couple nano chillers do..
