You likely have an Eshopps skimmer, probably a snow cone model. They sell a lot of them.

For anybody interested the QuietOne 5000 arrived today, although the place I got it for said used but working, it is actually brand new, sealed in box, looks like it was sat on a store shelf for a while, box is faded
