Anyone kept them? If so, do they lose that brilliant blue patterning as they get older? How aggressive are they in comparison to other damsels?
 
That is your normal, every day blue damsel. They typically don't have that pattern on them, they look solid electric blue for the most part. They stay electric blue their entire life.
 
I've never kept them but I'd imagine being in the same genus and following along with most other damsels that they'd have the standard damselfish traits; territorial, semi-aggressive, etc.
 
If im not mistaken this is a common blue damswel with an odd color variation, if it is the same fish then yes the color will fade. maybe im wrong though....

Awesome! Need to talk to my LFS about the possibility of ordering. I've NEVER seen 'em in stock, and LA doesn't even have any at the moment. Must be a rarer variety. I wonder if they still look that gorgeous without nice lighting on them? :D
 
Check Google images for some other pictures. I think the one on LA is a bit of a odd picture.
