I am setting up a small reef tank. I am a newbie to smaller tanks vs large tanks in the past. The tank is 16" tall 18" wide, and 14" front to back. I am going to use it for soft corals. How much circulation do I need and what would be some affordable options for circulation power heads? I have a pretty tight budget for this one.
