Clamp on metal halides

Has anyone ever had any experience with clamp on metal halides? I am looking at the JBJ Viper 150W for a 22 gallon cad light tank. Any opinions on the combo? I am trying to find a combination that allows sps and clams without having to use a chiller. Thoughts?

I'm using a 150watt Viper, my clam seems to like it on my 30cube. Don't need a chiller, but heat does run alil high
