You know, there's several different types of cleaner gobies that function in the same manor as a cleaner wrasse. They are readily available, pretty and don't impact the environment due to the aquarium trade.

I'm just sayin...........

ORA has cleaner gobies that are captive raised. Ask you local LFS about this.
