Ok.. so I noticed my performance was a little below what I would expect for the skimmer. SOOOOO.... .time for a once over!
One thing I like about this particular skimmer is that most EVERYTHING comes apart for easy cleaning.
When I finally got to tearing down the filter I noticed it was clogged big time... ! I had blown through it and stuff while it was in the sump, but apparently it was stuff caked along the sides that I wouldn't have been able to get out without a serious cleaning.
It will be hooked back in this evening to skim like a champ !!!
