Just bought my first bucket of Salinity. Was told to let it mix for at least 6 hours. I use RO/DI water... Its been mixing since last night and still cloudy. Any thoughts

Years ago, on the forums here, a member had a tank crash. Turns out the RODI unit failed and allowed chlorinated water into mix water and killed most everything when added to the tank as I recall.
A few pennies worth of prime could have fixed that issue.
