this was actually my old tank. I took things very slow and waited about a year before adding it to the tank and it did very well without having to do much to the tank. the clowns kept it fed while they were hosting it. personally I'm not a huge fan of nems in nano tanks because if it moves just a bit it will wreck havoc on tank. i found as long as the tank stay stable with water parameters that as long as you buy a healthy new it will usually stay pretty happy imo.

that tank i was actually running a mars aqua led. Since i had it over a nano i just removed all of the lenses to the LED so the light was a little bit more evenly distributed on my tank
