Is it puffy? Or just cloudy?

New fish? Or any new acquisitions lately?

It could be an injury, in infection or a parasite.

A bit more info is in order, to diagnose and suggest treatment if needed.

Every thread requesting advice boils down to water changes, I just cut to the chase.
Plus, it cleared my flame angel's cloudy eye.

Not every illness issue comes down to water changes.

If water parameters are not up to snuff, then that's definitely in order, but fish can get injured, infested or infected in clean water.

A picture would be helpful.
