Cloudy Tank

Hi. Last night as my tank lights turned off I noticed my 14G biocube was a bit murky white, I thought it was due to my clowns stirring up sand as usual. When my lights came back on this afternoon I noticed that It has gotten worse. I quickly checked my parameters and noticed my PH was low and my dKH was extremely high 13 , off my chart actually. I did dose calcuim last night before I noticed it was cloudy. I looked into some websites that told me about dKH and calcium balances and stuff. I've dosed some magnesium today already to bump up my pH without affecting my dKH and my roomate also recommended another dose of calcium since it tested a bit low. Here are my other parameters:

Nitrites : 0
Nitrates : 5 - 10ppm
pH : 7.9
dKH : 13
Ammonia : 0
Calcium : 360ppm
Phosphates : 0
Salinity : 1.025
Temp : ~80

Filtration 1 bag purigen, 12lb Live Rock, BioCube Carbon filter.

Its been 3 hours since I dosed and it hasn't gotten any better if not worse. I am overdue for a water change but my salt won't be here until wednesday sometime. I've also read that I may need to increase my flow for more oxygen. Looking for any suggestions for what might be causing this and fixes, Thanks.

What test kits are you using?

Is it white cloudy or green cloudy (or another color?) Does it look uniformly hazy or does it look like particulate?

Irregular that dKH could be so high, yet pH so low - that doesn't add up to me.

Any macroalgae in the tank? (ie Caulerpa)

API test kits.

It is a white cloudy, uniformly hazy (not snow flakey).

Gawd, who sells all these freaking API test kits?

Get a second opinion on the tests (ie have LFS using real test kits test water - not test strips and not another api test)...

Sounds like a bacterial bloom but can't say for certain without verification of those test results.
