Clown in Sump

I looked in the sump to check the skimmer cup and I find one of my Clowns swimming around like he was supposed to be there. After a small fight I got him back to the tank.

Not sure quite how he got there but there isn't to many ways. Guess all drains don't lead to the ocean!

He seems fine... Whats crazy is, I am using a Herbie drain, so he either went through a 3/4 pipe that's got a valve closing some of it or jumped the edge of the 2nd pipe and went down a 1" pipe. All of which is after he went through the egg-crate to get in the overflow.

LOL. This hobby is quite an adventure. The oddest, somewhat impossible things happen.

Glad he is ok. One thing I have learned is no matter if you think it's impossible a fish will find a way. I've had to rescue mine from all kinds of places I didn't think they could get to.
