Clownfish Behavior

I have 2 GSM's one i would suspect would be a female an the other would be the male. I purchased the male about 3 to 4 weeks ago and that evening the female was very rough with setting her territory. Well fast forward to now and my question is that the male just stays in his little corner and the female stays in the BTA. If the male ventures out from his corner during feeding or any other time she runs him back into his corner and nips at him sometimes. Nothing like the first night.
My question is is this normal and someday they will make up and get along or is it a lost cause and that they will probably never get together?

I have the same clowns and mine did the same thing... now there in love... ha

Yeah if not go find another smaller one to mate them up
