I have a daisy LPS coral that is crowding my clam. The clam doesn't seem to be bothered (yet) -- but I think it's only a matter of time before the coral will almost cover the clam.

Should I try to move the clam (gently of course) -- or will he make the needed adjustment when he feels like it? There is room on the rock they are both located on for the clam to scoot over and be uninhibited by the coral.

Wait until the Daisy polyps grow onto the clam and then move one of them. I have seen several clams with daisy polyps growing on them and it is pretty neat.
