When you get your amipod population going one of the things I like to do is turn my filter socks inside out and pick the pods out put them in my sump or drop them directly in for the fish. Great live food!
Holly, that reminds me of when I had my 150 Fowlr tank. I could get a couple hands full of isopods, copepods and amphipods from the wet-dry section while cleaning the denitrator and throw them in the tank. My angels, Fox face and sleeper gobies went nuts!

Had A talk with Kevin from Heisenberg after everyones recommendation and he came down to my facility yesterday to drop off all the stuff he recommended. Dropped them in the tank late last night so lets see how it all works out. Kevin was amazing and explained everything to me. Thank you brother.
