Just thought I would share. The component that I found interesting was that many corals can simply get bacterial infections. I once lost a colorado sunburst nem to bacterial infection years ago... Now its common place to do cipro treatments when they look sick. Perhaps the same could help acros that are experiencing stn. Anyways... just something to think about.

Just to add, S. Florida is having a major problem with disease in corals in the wild. It has eliminated almost all massive stoney corals now.

Sad... I wish they had some information on the potential causes.

It is being worked on fairly heavily right now. But, no one knows for sure. It does look bacterial. Hoping we can figure out more soon, but even finding a causative agent may not really help to save anything.
