I wanted to try something different so I picked up some Coral Frenzy. I'm attaching a picture.... I've never seen extension like this in my tank with the lights on. I don't even think I've seen it in the dark either.

Be careful with Coral Frenzy, it can easily fowl a tank faster than any other food I have ever used...
With that said, it is amazing how much corals love it!

I got mine through Amazon because I do not live near Atlanta.

When I read the reviews people were commenting about it being rather nasty in the tank. I agree, it definitely has the potential to create problems. I did not use the recommended dose and I will not be using it two to three times per week either. I'll keep a close eye on parameters as well. There was no denying the corals loved it!

I always throw a sprinkle in the tank before I spot feed, and then mix some into the slurry of frozen stuff, my corals never seen to argue. It does seem to be very "dense"" nutrition wise, skim baby skim

I noticed a discoloration on my orange plate coral when I got home tonight and discovered that my nitrates are higher than usual, it's hard to read on my kit but it looks like 7 ppm. I'm not sure if the coral frenzy did it or if it is time to change carbon or simply pure coincidence. I'll test NO3 before feeding it next week and a day later to find out.
