I found some of these on the walls of my refugium. Can someone ID?

Maybe pineapple sponge? I think Jin linked to it the other day for someone else.
 
that's a flat worm. Typically the white ones arent as bad as the red ones.
 
be cautious. Some flatworms will release toxins when deceased. As Lee said, the red ones are quitre notorious for this. There are products (flatworm exit) that can be used, but FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!! Or you could try top find a biological control. If they are in the sump, they are in the display. Or leave them be. They are usually harmless unless they are in such numbers the obscure light from corals.

I'll increase the flow and just last week started a 5% water change twice a week based on something I read from Fenner.
