Cup Coral

Looking at my cup coral today i noticed some red marks that to me looked like cuts maybe he is getting nipped by something is all i can think off, is there anything thing i need to do for it besides removing the nipper or will it heal by itself?

What kind of fish do you have? Any that will perch like gobies or blennies? I had a yellow clown goby that would sit right on my cup coral and irritate it to no end.

it will heal but if a fish is irritating it then the culprit will continue to do so.

I'm pretty sure its my lemon peal Angel but my wife loves that fish

oh yeah im sure those aren't really a reef safe angel.sometimes they are ok but definitely one i wouldnt put down as completely bulletproof reef safe.
