Did I just kill my coral?
I grabbed the wrong feeding container and dumped about 5 tablespoons of cupramine water (testing at .5 ppm copper) and mysis into my display tank  All in all my system is about 260 gallons.

oh wow sorry that happened how quickly can you do water changes and do you have cuprisorb on hand? i have no experience on what effect copper has on corals or inverts maybe someone else will comment

No cuprisorb unfortunately. Could probably change about 40 gallons right now.
Silly mistake, cant believe it happened. Had that sinking feeling as soon as it hit the water lol

Just to clarify- the water that I added to the tank was testing at .5 ppm. That is not what my display tank is testing at now
So it seems like such a tiny amount compared to the volume of water.

I have no answer for you. Tho if you need ro water to make water for changes i have 40 gallons or more

Any copper is bad man. Really bad. Cuprisorb is your only hope.
