I am setting up a QT tank and have dosed it with Cupramine. The level is right at 0.05.
I have never used this before and wanted to make sure it was going to be safe before I throw a couple fish in there this afternoon.

QT Tank - 90 gallon (know its excessive, but that's what I have laying around)
Nitrates 0ppm
Ammonia 0ppm
Wet/dry sump
Mag return pump
Maxi Jet 1200
Heater set to 79-80
PVC pipes for hiding

Fish adding:
Blonde Naso
Juvenile Emperor

Sounds good.

Make sure you don't use carbon or it will put out the medicine. Cupramine is among the least harsh of the copper medicines. Keep an eye on the level, you may need to re-dose from time to time, but don't overdose. Both of those fishes are sensitive to copper so keep a close eye on them to make sure they tolerate it well.

Ideally you should start at .25 and work your way to .5

I bet they won't be too fond of being thrown into .5 right off the bat.

Off topic, but what size tank is the emperor going into? I am considering adding one to my 250
