Currently Enduring a Power outage

Well the day has come for my first power outage while running my reef tank. I quickly got a Kipor Digital Generator Sinemaster IG2000p for $50 at Northside Tool Rental. I have my fridge and two tanks currently running on it. Nothing but the heater, return pump and airstone on at the moment. Hope this doesn't last longer than 8 hours or I'll have to go get some more gas =)

Make sure the generator is far away from your tank and proper ventilation of course.

Moral of the story, buy a battery backup or generator that suits your needs. MicroCenter has battery backups priced from $50 to $600.
