I was wondering if anyone here has any experiance in cuttle fish. I know there are considered an invertabrate and a close cousin to the squid. I also know they have to be kept by themselves b/c they are extremely aggressive. If you guys havent ever heard of them you should check them out they can change shape and color, when on the hunt they mezmorize thier prey with an amazing light show. I know there are three different sizes from like an inch to 3 feet or something. I would love to have a tank dedicated to theses amazing inverts!!

Georgia Aquarium has a tank with some, too. Little ones. Don't really "do" much, just kinda float there, but maybe I passed them during nap time.

you guys should really check them out when they do thier light show its amazing!! I caught a nat geo special on them a few years ago and have been in awe ever since. Youtube em

Make sure that you have a large tank as they are easily frightened and can jet themselves across the tank. Hitting the side quickly can damage thier bodies because of the cuttlebone hitting thier flesh. There is a good book that I have called Cephalopods Octopuses and Cuttlefishes for the Home Aquarium</em>. You may call a sponser or order it on Amazon. Its a good read for cuttlefish.

You also need to make sure you are prepared to deal with "inkings", make sure you are either using ozone or carbon to pull it out or it can wipe out your system pretty fast.
