Cyano?

Just saw these really dark brown smooth spots on one of my Zoa rocks. All my fish are currently quarantined so tank is pretty clean. Could this be Cyano?

Looks like it to me.

Don't think its Cyano anymore since I tried scrubbing it off with a toothbrush and I barely anything came off
