I'm looking for a good coral/fish food. I've read alot of good things on this and I was curious what type you all use/prefer the freeze dried vs. frozen. Or is there something better out there?
I use the dried, only because that is all I could find at the time. I use an 8th of a teaspoon (with other frozen foods) when feeding my non-photosynthetic tank.
