Not saying it isn't expensive....

BUT u could MOUNT a white and a BLUE on your ceiling like 8 ft above your tank and be set.

not sure about the PAR and such... but geezzz

It would look SWEEEEEET

That is an awesome light!

However there is no way any of use can use a 100w LED pendant in our home aquariums.

LOL more like the street light outside!

haha common... !! how sweet would it be to have something that was the right K rating, that put out this much light and you could adjust the spread like a lens!!

Just think ! Potentially only one lamp at $500 to buy for the LIFE of your tank!

I've been considering getting these for my tank for a few months now. The price is not bad at all when you consider a ballast, lamp and reflector..

I dont understand, wouldn't you seriously have to place the thing 30 feet away? It's a 100w LED pendant for gods sake.

No, why would you?

There are lower wattage cannon LEDs out there. I just saw some in my recent Marine Depot catalog. I forget who makes them though. They are still quite spendy!

the issue with these cannons is that their optics focus the beam into a relatively tight radius..
