Hey guys, today I saw that my smaller clown (the male) has some dark spots all over his body, I didn't see it yesterday so whatever it is, it happened quick!

I have been reading about it in other posts and everyone talks about the clown trying to host a torch or frog spawn or any other corals and is getting stung.

The only thing is that my clown has been living in a bta for the past 3-4 months.

The female clown is black so I cant tell if it has any spots or not and she doesn't live in the bta, I guess cos it might be too big for it or it doesn't feel the need to seek for a safe place.

Anyways,

If someone knows of something that could help, please let me know, I'd hate for this little fellow to die on me. It took me a bit of work to get him to host the nem and pair with the black clown.

I feed them flakes, its been like that for months. I've been feeding the bta a mix of frozen brine, blood worms, and others mixed with coral frenzy. so the clowns and other fish would get a bit of that too.

Last week I got some live brine shrimp from the store cos I wanted to try some live food with the nem, so the fish enjoyed that too. But nothing out of the ordinary.

the clown is around 1"-1.5"

Edit: oh, and flakes are fed automatically twice per day on a schedule. and I spot feed the bta twice per week.

My picassos have spots like what you describe every now and then, been healthy for over a year now though.
