It’s been a little while for me, good to see you’re still around Jin! And as always, VERY generous and supportive of the club!

After cleaning up my 50gal cube, I figured I’d add a few nice LPS pieces to give it a little color. Figured I’d head out to pick up a nice gold torch (that’s what we used to call them before all the fancy LE names).... talk about sticker shock! Wow, how things have changed! Never would have thought a torch would go for more than a nice chalice. Lol


I don’t have any pics taken under fancy LED’s as of yet, only my old school T5 pics. I’ll go with this one, my awesome Frogspawn, mouth open waiting on a meal.

Wow! Blast from the past from my friend. Good to see you're still reefing! It's been almost a decade since I've seen yah . I still run primarily t5 and just use led for the blues which make meh corals look amazing. So its changed the hobby quite a bit. Yah the sticker shock is crazy on some of these. You're right, it is just a gold indo torch... but its brighter than the run of the mill gold indo torches thus the name. Good looking froggie .

Whatever floats your boat. I'm decent at photo editing so I can sniff it out when it goes overboard but editing can be absolutely necessary depending on the lighting conditions so go for it .
