designing new canopy need dimensions of T5 retro

I need the dimensions of a T5 retro kit:
1. length of bulb with end caps included
2. width of bulb and end caps
3. distance from outside of bulb or end cap (whichever is greater) to the mounting of end cap

Trying to start planning before i order the kit

Note the manuf. of the endcaps- I have a feeling their dimensions vary.
