Diseased fish?

I recently upgraded/moved tanks. Everybody seems to be doing well, but I noticed a spot where it seems like the scales are disappearing off my melanarus wrasse. I also noticed a white spot/indentation ( not ich, been there before) on my foxface. I tried to get a good video but these guys bolt once the camera goes up. Salinity is 1.024/25, temp is 77.5. other than stress, I can't think of what else it could be.i couldn't get the video small enough to upload, do I just posted the link.

Only fish in my tank that have ever had any issues are my gramma and my anthias, though.

I think I may have an idea. I just saw him scraping himself against the rock, not sure why though
